stayed here 3 years ago, it was much better kept then. beds are saggy with no bed beg protectors (there was one room upstairs which had them, but I had no problem). no common room except cramped kitchen, but definitely still easy to meet people. kitchen has one hot plate, no stove. Pablo the owner is great, the other staff not so much, one of the girls acts like you're bothering her and almost messed up extending my stay. cheap by SS standards.

great facilities, very clean and lots of space in kitchen and common room. social, good to meet people.

the hostel is very well located to see all of the "guidebook" sites,—it's a two minute walk from the blue mosque and hagia sofia, and close to public transport to get you to other places in the city. the 6 bed room which I stayed is very comfortable, good mattress and kept quite clean. breakfast, is quite complete with fruits/vegetable, olives, an egg and bread, jam etc... my only gripe is with the bathroom—great water pressure, but a a little cramped/downtrodden. wifi coverage js excellent.
