Hostel Pisa Tower, Pisa, Italy
7th Jul 2013

This hostel is located very close to the city center and is with is its living room very cosy. The rooms have names (Monalisa, Leonardo), are decorated individually and have all the facilitates you need (bedside lamp, power supply for every bed, small table and lockers). The two new owners are very friendly and help you with finding locations and providing information.

Ostello di Bergamo, Bergamo, Italy
30th Jun 2013

This hostels is very far away from the actual city. The only bus that connects the hostel with the city (Bergamo alto) goes two times an hour and only until around 6pm. The staff was not very helpful with providing information on how to get to the city center and back, the guy recommended to walk back later in the evening which took 45min. Even though having a bike would help to get around in this relatively small city, the hostel doesn't have any. The place was deserted, rooms are ok though.
