Big hostel, has a great basement floor with all the facilities including huge kitchen. Location is walkable to union square. Not quite enough room to sit up when on the bottom bunk but does have own plug and light. Felt it was expensive for a hostel although seems to be a San Francisco thing

Amazing, friendly helpful staff and the best hostel breakfast I've had in months! Not sure how they even make money as breakfast, free beer for an hour, tea and cookie time plus AC is all included for $7 a night. Read some complaints about bathrooms - they are a bit small and not brand new but they get cleaned 3 times a day. If they're dirty it's probably because of you or your roomate just made it. Family dinner was great at $3. Wasn't a fan of the city but if you're coming stay here!

Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Social place at breakfast and for the free beers. Rooms are nice, just not enough bathrooms. Quiet location but easy walk to all the action. Would recommend

Hostel has everything you need. In a good location, close enough to the markets and bars. Quiet at night, friendly and helpful staff, refreshing pool, good breakfast ($2) and sociable atmosphere without being a party place. Ask for Kim as your tuk tuk driver

Just average, comfortable enough beds but all rooms don't have lockers. Concrete floors and no locks on the doors. Alright if planning to not spend much time there

Nice hostel, good location, great value for money as is most of Granada. Charging points in the lockers and filtered water are a great bonus. The dorm I was in shared a bathroom with another dorm and the water pressure was horrendous - couldn't possibly shower. There are showers outside the rooms which were must better, but they need more bathrooms in general. Dorms didn't lock but wasn't an issue. Different mix of people there, mostly the backpacker crowd but also a couple of families.

Staff and common area are highlights for this hostel. Staff are very helpful and knowledgable on the area. Pool is nice but could do with more shade, not enough bathrooms for the amount of people - dorm of 9 and one private room sharing one shower. Common area has nice couches and chairs to relax on and free breakfast is always a bonus

Best hostel in Central America so far! Has everything you could want and more. Dorms even have separate bathrooms for males and females, no bunk beds, cleanest swimming pool. An oasis in Santa Ana
thank you michelle, have a nice trip.

Average hostel, would recommend staying in San Marcos instead. Some staff were helpful, no kitchen or breakfast included

Lovely staff, good location can walk everywhere. Security gate and individual keys for rooms with lockers. Nice chill out area and big kitchen. Just a litle bit pricey

Average hostel, not as good as the ratings suggest in my opinion. No one there to let me in at 8.30am when I arrived. Some of the staff were very helpful and others not so much. Good location

Didn't have my booking from hostelworld so put in different room that had alot of mould. Moved rooms and was much better. Usually wait to talk to staff. Good breakfast and security
Hi & thanks for staying with us! We are glad you liked our hostel & facilities. You booked at the same time as someone else who did it through our website, so we had to reallocate you. It was also the same week of some heavy rains in Rio and our house has the back to the national park (pretty much the jungle) so we had to repaint some rooms. We have one maintenance guy working 7 days a week, as well as 24hours security in the house/street & a breakfast buffet from 8am to 10am. Safe travels!

Nice place, good breakfast, staff and rooms. Price changes daily so bit confusing, all to make them more money.

Don't book your bus through them, they charged us over 50% of the ticket in commission. Good location, breakfast is the usual, lost my booking from hostelworld, wifi is patchy
I do not know what happened, I am very sorry but we do not charge a high comission. Our commision is max. 10BS like all agencies in the center. If you go directly to the bus terminal you get it a little cheaper but you spend at least 1 hour and 8BS on transport. The breakfast we changed to buffet and we are quite proud on our new breakfast now. We guarantee hostelworld bookings 100%!! Thanks Claus

Nice pool, staff and location. Will help you organise activities. Food is pricey and you don't need more than 1-2 nights there

Great hostel, would definitely stay again. Very good staff, maps, activities, security, location, bar and restaurant. Heard some of the rooms near bar can be noisy, mine was fine

Nice staff, great safe location. Good kitchen and pancakes for breakfast. Few long term people staying which made the atmosphere bit strange.

Very good hostel - great location, kitchen, common areas and best bed in last 2 months. Most of the staff are very helpful, good security on front door and with lockers in the room.

Nice pool, good place to base yourself for Tayrona or lost city, nice mall close by (very little to do in Santa Marta itself). Wouldn't bother with ensuite rooms, overpriced and communal showers are better - all cold. Good restaurant and bar. More reliable to do 'tours' by yourself. Would stay again

Great hostel made even better by the staff, always keen to help you out. Nice area of town, easy to walk to metro and big supermarket. Good kitchen, lockers and social areas. Would definitely stay again. Laundry seemed bit expensive

Good location, hammocks and cheap. Rooms are not entirely closed in, rooms never cleaned during 4 night's, linen smelled musty.
