Staff was very friendly and helpful. First night was free chocolate cake night, seems like every night they either have free food or cheap (a pound for a good helping of chicken, rice, curry, and naan). The breakfast was delicious, hostel was very clean, 2 tvs were really nice. Very close to the train station, Cardiff castle, and millennium stadium. Rooms were on the smaller side and the lockers wouldn't fit our bags, but other than that everything was perfect.
Staff was amazing, my girlfriend has allergies to some laundry soap and took us down there to check for us, nicest staff of any hostel so far. Perfect location, lockers were good, common areas on every floor, they do your laundry for 7.50 euro which wa nice too. Only criticism is that the wifi doesn't reach the rooms but other than that this hostel is perfect at a great price
Perfect location, friendly staff. They give you vouchers for welcome drinks at reception. We had a twin private and it was pretty basic, but it was an excellent price. Our only problem was the windows, it was nearly impossible to get them open. The bar/restaraunt attached is really nice too, they do Irish dancing which was really fun to see.
Staff was good, we enjoyed the discounts we get at the bar/restaraunt. Excellent location, very close to metro. Our only problem was the showers, there doesn't seem to be enough showers for everyone in the hostel.
Location is amazing, we could literally see the Vatican from our room. Lockers in the room are excellent, only 3 showers for the entire floor. Lights in room did not make room brighter. Loved that we did not have to stay in a bunk bed.
Pretty good hostel, it's only a 20 minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of all the good sites in florence. The layout is very confusing, so familiarize yourself when you get there because it is hard to navigate late at night. The door was also confusing, another good thing to figure out when you get there. The lockers were small and old, a few are bent which doesn't feel very secure. The girls shower runs for 30 seconds then you have to push a button.
Very close to train station and within walking distance to leaning tower of pjsa. Rooms are very basic, one shower per floor, good tv room.

Right next to the train station and very easy to find, amazing rooms, we were in a 8 mixed but had our own room and bathroom, lockers were awesome. Price was excellent, they even fill out a form for you so you don't have to pay city tax. However the hostel staff was always on the phone so it was difficult to ask questions/buy from their snack bar and there were tons of mosquitoes in our room I got bitten over 10 times. The breakfast was only a croissant, would definitely stay again.
We stayed here for 2 nights in a 18 bed mixed: Pros: very close to the train station, clean bathrooms, the bar was nice to hang out in Cons: paid 2 euros to use a locker that hardly fit our stuff, pretty sketchy at night since its a block away from the red light district, no wifi in room, 1 outlet in room, tough with 17 other people although you can go downstairs it is still an inconvenience. It also smelled in the room, girls shower had to press the button every 5 minutes to keep it going
My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. Pros: awesome bar, cheapest drinks in town plus a happy hour with euro beers from 9pm-10pm, good lockers, very close to the city, bus from train station comes right near hostel. Cons: You share 2 toilets with the entire floor, and to get to the showers you have to walk through the bar and courtyard to get to the showers and have to hold a chain to get water. Overall very good value for the money in a lovely city
