The hostel was nice, there are grocery stores, ATMs and a tube station very close by. However, most of the showers and toilets were extremely small, so be careful!
The beds were really comfortable, but the kitchen and the bedroom floors (under the beds) were not clean. The waal between the two girls' toilets was moving... The showers were okay though. The only common area is the reception, where you can watch TV with the owner, and the kitchen is very small. A good point however is that the hostel is close to the National Express Coach station.
It was a nice place, but be aware that there is no kitchen and food is forbidden, and you might also discover a new species of beds: bunks that are three beds high! But the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Good hostel, things were generally clean and the 24h reception was very helpful to find whatever we were looking for in the city. The dining room is often full, but there are other rooms you can use to watch TV or go online. However, there is no wi-fi in the bedrooms, and the magnetic cards to open the doors are very hard to use.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, overall it was a really nice hostel to stay in.
