The hostel is alright. They include a ready-to-cook breakfast and dinner, although the portion is very small. You´ll get what you need in a hostel, and there is air con at night so you will have a good night sleep. I didn´t like the fact that at the end of my stay, i put my vest that I washed on a chair in the patio area, went out for lunch for half an hour, and came back my vest was on the wet table! Also, during dinner staff will approach you to sell their night event, which costs 55 US.
This is a highly overrated hostel. Yes, it has everything good superficially, but it's like a pretty girl without a heart. First of all, the staff is below average, never saw them smile or interact with any guests. They are like robots. The worst was the kitchen staff. Very impolite and mean. No one would make you feel you are welcomed. No hot shower, which is bad when it's a rainy windy night. Wifi only works in the lounge, and with the loud music from 9-11pm. And it's not even good!
It was a luxury staying in freehand, it was the best hostel experience ever. The neat was the check in staff (the purple hair one), she's so nice and helpful, and acts like a good friend. Breakfast is amazing, room is clean, well furnished, safe, great facilities. The only criticism is that the elevator isn't working at the moment, and I hope it will resume service soon.
