Peace & Love Hostel

Paris, France

The reception is also a bar. So it's very slow to get your room the first time. After every time it's slow to get them to unlock the door because they are busy with the bar. Also while you're trying to sleep you're by a fairly noisy street and the bar plays loud music. The beds are too low to sit in, only for sleeping in. There is no lobby other than the bar area. the wifi is only free from 8am to 7pm. So I went across the street to use mcdonald's wifi.

Ostello Burigozzo 11

Milan, Italy

I had an extremely difficult time finding this place. I don't have a GPS and Milan doesn't seem to have easily identifiable street signs. Not their fault but they could put a larger sign in front of their hostel. It's easy to walk past it and not even notice it. It was hot with no AC. They opened the windows but it's located next to a noisy street, so consider bringing earplugs. Other than that it was just an average hostile and exactly what you'd expect.
