Great location right near haufbanhof station. Not much atmosphere..no common areas aside from the bar that no one hangs out in. But a really good hotel to stay in for a just a night if your between places or something.

The front desk girl was probably the rudest person ever. So condescending. Only 1 toilet for each sex and that's for about 20-30 people. Showers are useless. You have to push the button in every 30 seconds. You have to pay for lockers and they weren't cheap. To wash and dry your laundry it will cost you about 10 francs, which is more than normal. Wifi doesn't work in rooms and is even a bit dodgy in the reception area. Breakfast wasn't too bad. I would not stay here again at all.

Mosquito Hostel

BEST! AMAZING! PERFECT! GREAT! If you stay anywhere else in Krakow you will be doing yourself the biggest disservice! This place is seriously so special. The staff, the guests, the everything is so fantastic. Soo clean! You will likely not find a better hostel in Europe or the rest of the world for that matter. I stayed for 9 nights (I extended multiple times) and words don't do this place justice. Thank you so much to 'the family' (the staff) for caring so much for your guests and each other!

It is disgusting that this hostel does not change the bottom blue sheet on the beds. They give you one sheet, so you either sleep on the bottom blue sheet (that has been slept on god knows how many times before) or you put the clean sheet down and sleep with the many times used blanket directly on you! Yuk! Also although its close to the train station, it means its unsafe, a guest got mugged and dragged in the very dark street out front. Most of the reception staff were pleasant. Nice bathroom.

The host was so lovely! Clean, spacious. And quiet..which is exactly what I needed after sail Croatia. Definitely recommended if you want a quiet laid back place to recover. Not a party or social hostel..but awesome recovery time and so close to the old town.

The staff here were sensational!!So helpful. Great bar on site..even a free drink pass on arrival..worth €1 but such a nice touch. The cleanliness was great too..only downsides..hot bathrooms, rooms were hot too but I was up higher in the girls only dorms. WIFI could be a bit hit and miss, for some reason they only give you 48hrs, would make more sense to just give wifi for duration of stay (otherwise you need to go back down and get more) other than that this place is thoroughly recommended!
