Mrs. Lee is the nicest hostel owner in a long time
feels more like a hotel than a hostel. not an ideal place to meet people or have fun, but is you just want a place to sleep it's nice and clean. also it's very well designed, very chic
nice hostel, not too much atmosphere though. the bigscreen-tv downstairs is pretty dominant, but i guess that only is a problem if you, like me, dislike tv.
this hostel is a mix of very divergent things. the midlle floor is completely clean but the downstairs kitchen is dirty as something very dirty. the staff seems unengaged except for one black guy who was really nice and seemed to be doing all the work. the wifi was free but only barely working. the toilet ver nicely decorated, but with plastic seats. i don't know what to say I liked staying there but there was a lot that could be improved
a Nice clean hostel. well suited if you want to go hiking but there's not much in the way of atmosphere. honestly if you're travelling alone and want to meet people find somewhere else, but if you want to go hiking it's ideal.
nice calm hostel with a friendly vibe. good place to stay with a cozy lounge and a nice kitchen. the breakfast isn't much to speak of but i'd recomend staying here
It's a great hostel for meeting people, the terrace is a hugely social place, and when the wheather is nice you can great times there. the facilities are somewhat lack luster though. the wifi sucks and the breakfast ain't worth writing home about. all day tea and coffee are nice though. definitely a good stay.
an overall excellent hostel, everything is clean and nice. the staff charlie and abi are sweet people who answer questions with a smile. the breakfast is the best i've ever had at a hostel, hands down. the ktichen is large and spacious and they often serve free desert or food in the evenings. the room i stayed in was nice and the linen was changed every single day. beyond that the atmosphere there was really nice. not neccesarily all that party oriented but there was good conversation everyday.
