Good location and price, poor cleanliness and facilities. Excellent spot if you want to be near Camden or Regent's Park, very walkable & close to many tube stations and busses. Two free meals a day but low quality, no kitchen facilities. Free wifi in rooms (don't believe them if they tell you to rent a cable, you don't need it). Rooms themselves clean and had sinks, comfortable beds, and outlets. No lockers. Toilets constantly flooded, unclean, and water in shower only runs in short bursts.

Fantastic overall experience. Super clean. Staff are great (super helpful, and they have everything at reception you could possibly need). A number of long-term guests who really contribute to the friendly and cared-for atmosphere. We originally booked three nights and extended our stay to eight. Breakfast is good value & the kitchen is great if you want to do your own cooking. Plenty of showers and toilets, always hot water, and fresh towels constantly. Location is tops. Highly recommended!

Decent location, not a long walk to Princes St. Plenty of bus stops and shops nearby. Not very clean though (bathrooms in particular were very grungy, showers to be avoided). On the whole the place smelled funny and left the impression it is not cleaned as often as it needs. The rooms are a decent size and have good lockers and plenty of outlets, but beds very rickety and uncomfortable. Free wifi in the common area but not in bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen but again not exactly clean.

Great location, not far from the train station and easy walking distance for much of Bruges. The common area has a nice atmosphere and lots of old world charm, but isn't the cleanest. The armrests of the chairs in particular evidence infrequent cleaning as they are blackened and dingy. The room itself was more cramped than I would expect for a four-bed space (almost no room for luggage, hard to move around) but perfectly clean. No lockers anywhere, fyi, and a scary ascent up rickety stairs.
