Green Milk Hostel

Essaouira, Morocco

Very unique vibe, very warm and welcoming. The hostel is really beautiful, lots of art all over the walls and very nice natural lighting. I like how the kitchens near a common area as it makes the hostel feel like a home. The staff and everyone who stay there are really friendly interesting intelligent people, someones always playing music and or singing:) it's in the middle of the medina, so close to everything. Not the cleanest but atmosphere makes up for it. Lots of yummy food.Stay here!

Hostel Riad Mama Marrakech

Marrakech, Morocco

Really well located, Not in the square so it's quiet, but only 5 min walk away so easily reachable. nice place to relax after being in the noisy streets all day. Good value for money with good breakfast. And there are tortoises! Very laid back vibe. There weren't lockers where I slept (bed on the terrace) but That was not an issue. Yousef was really nice, friendly and helpful:) he organised pickups, taxis, booked bus tickets, showed me around the city and was a beautiful friend! Stay here!

Tangier Melting Pot Hostel

Tangier, Morocco

Bit intimidating on arrival as the streets are so chaotic, but little kids showed us the way for free. Great building and terrace, first hostel I've ever been to where I've heard good music! The staff are all really friendly and gentle and the owner Luis is amazing. Simple yet filling breakfast with naan bread, jams and tea. The medina can be confusing to navigate sometimes but the staff can help you out. Would stay here if I ever came back to tanger, and recommend anyone else to do the same!

Sevilla Inn Backpackers

Seville, Spain

Amazing location; you can reach everything you want to see by foot, easy to find. Very friendly neighbourhood. Amazing food market close by and lots of tapas! the terrace is excellent. The free breakfasts and walking tours are very generously included in the small price you pay for the hostel. The tours are taken by two excellent guides, mehdy and Filipo. They were both extremely engaging, well educated, animated and enthusiastic for hours. Keep up the good work! And definitely stay here! :)

Pars Tailor's Hostel

Barcelona, Spain

Best hostel kitchen ever! Great location, can walk to everything in city. Staff are lifesavers especially pepo! Only suggestions would be installing reading lamps for each bed. And having more relaxed music in the common area... Commercial electronic music is very repetitive and not pleasant or relaxing! Also there was one staff member (can't remember his name), who sometimes worked night shift; he lost my friends key, wasn't very friendly and not very happy or warm towards us.

INOUT Hostel

Barcelona, Spain

Breakfast was awful. very difficult to meet people, a lot of older people at the hostel. Beautiful location but inconvenient and pricey to get to and from city(including train tickets and 20 euro cabs if you miss the last weekday train at 11.30). Can get a night bus n8 to cut the cab price in half, will only work if you can speak to the driver and they know where to go. Very nice staff but often theres no one at reception and many only speak Spanish. Have to pay for sheets
