You can't expect a lot for around seven or eight euros a month, but you could expect at least a little bit more - other hostels that we stayed in, in Krakow and Prague, where we could sleep for the same price in a similar location, offered a place that was easier to reach with luggage, had more sanitary rooms, personal lockers a little breakfast included and in general a more comfortable atmosphere.
Located directly between Old Town and Jewish Quarter (ten walking minutes away from each). The interior is very nice and very clean, giving it a really homely atmosphere. All the facilities work without any problem. Much more than you can expect for a price this low!
It's basically what you can expect for a price this low. The building (normally a primary school) is a bit shabby and the sanitary rooms as well, but everything is clean and works. No locks for toilets and showers. A lot of space in the rooms, but few sockets. No elevator, so if your room is on the fourth level, you might have difficulties with heavy luggage. Staff is slow (there's always a queue in front of the reception), but nice. Free WiFi in the common rooms. Breakfast is horrible.
