The staff were great and extremely helpful. Location is perfect, there are great places within walking distance (as vegans we were particularly happy about the close choice of vegan buffets and the food store). Good breakfast and they have different activities each day, like wine tasting or trips to Sintra. I thought the double room wasn't quite worth what we paid, it was fairly small and noisy.

Their best asset is the rooftop lounge including barbecue and music. The showers were not as clean as they could've been but on the whole it was a great experience, they offered a free portuguese beginners' class in the evening and the staff was really nice and helpful!

We arrived late, it was a bit hard to find because its in an ordinary block of flats... The host was very nice, the price was fair, everything was ok clean - bathroom was just about bearable. Otherwise quite easy to get to, good location, cheap.
