Wada Hostel in Guilin

Guilin, China
94%

The train trip from Xian to Guilin is 28 hours and arrives in Guilin close to midnight. we needed a place to stop over for the night before we continued to the Longsheng rice terraces. Wada is great with comfortable beds and a great social atmosphere. im not sure of it's location within Guilin as we didn't spend much time there. But as affordable accommodation with a great atmosphere close to public transport it surely can't be beat.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you chose us as a late stop over and you made the right pick because we are the closest to the train station and also the airport shuttle drop-off. Guest should feel safe knowing that when they arrive in Guilin, they know that they're close by the hostel that they can easily find and trust. Like you said, with our affordable accommodations and all that we offer, we can't be beat!

hi thanks for the great stay. Loved your hostel. My only comment is that you should change your tour company. everyone we spoke to warned us that your tours would take us on forced shopping trips. Maybe you should do a policy where the guests pay you for the tour and you pay the tour guides AFTERWARDS and only if there are no shopping stops

Couldn't ask for a better location for a short stay (4 nights for us) in Beijing. The included breakfast makes this place quite a good deal comparable in price to other backpackers. It's in walking distance to all the major site seeing locations (Forbidden City area) and has the best great wall hike! It has a common room which makes it easy to meet other foreigners who are waiting around in the afternoon. Doesn't have much of a bar but there are plenty around. Zach
