Youth Hostel Anna

Not a bad place. It's a bit far from the main parts of santorini, but it's Ono a few minutes walk to perissa beach and the area is much more low key than other parts of the island. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Zorbas Hotel

Friendly staff and an excellent option if you need to catch an early AM bus to Rafina port- it's 5 minutes walking distance to the bus station. Otherwise the common area was dirty, there was no kitchen, and it's far away from the main sights in Athens. Should be cheaper for what you get.

Loved the stay. Excellent group of people to hang out with and a nice patio area to sit and have a few drinks at night. It's located in the middle of the old town and the owner seems to like I make sure guests are having a good time. Definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff- it's a family run place and they make you feel at home. They upgraded us because they had extra space for no charge. Good location near the old town. Fans in the room works have been nice considering the heat.

Very nice place to stay in Dubrovnik if on a budget. It's an easy bus ride to the old city from the place and it's only 5 minutes walking from the long distance bus station. Very well kept and well furnished places- makes you feel right at home.

Friendly staff and spacious rooms with a balcony, but it was far out of the main area in Split and there were no fans on the room despite the heat. Should have been a bit cheaper for what you get.

Apartments Mira

Zadar, Croatia

This place is in Bibinje not Zadar proper, which is important to note since its about 7k from the Zadar city center. However, Bibinje is a nice town with a nice beach that wasn't too crowded and Zadar is easily accessible by bus. We got into Zadar around 330 am, but Mira was very accommodating nonetheless. Her place was fully booked, so we stayed at her sisters which was nice and well kept. Great place to stay for a few peaceful days to escape the hordes of tourists on the coast.

Very centrally located and easy to find. Clean, well kept place with a nice big kitchen. Friendly staff. Not the friendliest group of travelers weve run into- got kind of a snobby flashpacker vibe from the place. Nice stay overall.

Best hostel we've ever stayed at hands down. The people and the staff make you never want to leave. Gorgeous town and great atmosphere for all ages. Would absolutely recommend this hole in the wall crown jewel. They even sell awesome Ginger Monkey t-shirts!

Very close walk from the bus station and into old town. Free breakfast was a great value, but the rooms could use a fan for the hot summers months. Really friendly and helpful staff who will recommend good inexpensive places to eat. Overall good place to stay, and would recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay there. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Felt like we were at home, and the backyard had a little pool and great atmosphere. Far from the old town, but easy to get there by metro. Would highly recommend staying there!

Staff wasn't around very much, and the rooms were hot with no fans. Hostel is about 20 minute walk into town, but does have a market right around the corner and easy to use kitchen. Not a very good location, but the old town is very nice. We booked a 12 person dorm and got put in two separate ones, but other than that, not a bad stay.
