Really good actually. Staff were awesome, friendly and available. The sheds / cabins are comfortable and far better and bigger than tent. everything was really clean with decent showers. the wifi is annoying as requires an additional payment and have to pay for a minimum of 24hours, which is pointless considering its only available in restaurant and not in area staying. also you again have to pay more for luggage storage. location is good, easy 10mins to venice centre.

The staff are all lovely, but the dorm is a joke, we stayed in the 24 bed and there was no room whartsoever, i couldnt even get my bag anywhere near the bed instead i had to literrally sleep with it on the bed. The sheets all have holes in them an no plug sockets. Communal are is tiny with not enough seating and breakfast is poor. N location is the best thing about this hostel by far. No hot water.

The dorms are pretty tight packed and with 10 in a room really need a few fans or air con, as one window in humid hanoi doesnt help. the beds are really uncomfortable the mattresses are split into 3 so have a few gaps and lumps in them. the family are really nice, shame hostel isn't so good compared to another place stayed in in hanoi for same price. excellent location though.

Belinda and her family are awesome, really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even collected from bus station unexpectantly and walked us down to a restaurant we wanted to find, pointing out all the town infos. Be careful about cash points in xinjie as didnt accept any travel cards and luckily only had one card that did work between a group of 4. The hotel itself is fine, no western toilet and rom and water for shower was freezing.

Really enjoyed our stay here, which were excellent value considering the prices were advertised incorrectly initially, however the manager allowed us to stay in our booked room which was good. The slight issues the location being a bit dodgy and to far to walk to main sights however nearby u bahn was very convient. The twin rooms single beds were small, so if you are a bit of a podge beware of that. The staff were all lovely, and check out being 12 was a bonus. Thanks, would recommend.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your review. We just want to clarify that you actually didnt book a twin room. The room you've booked is as written in the description a dorm room with one bunk bed. If that was leading to any inconveniences we are very sorry.
