Really enjoyed my stay here! I stayed in the Baboon room, which had two nice bathrooms between the eight of us. Really social place so its very easy to meet people as a solo traveller. Bar is great but it closes way too early. The staff is simply the sweetest and go out of their way for you. But I would avoid the tuktuks outside the hostel because they overcharge a lot. Would stay again! Cheers.

Stayed in the dorms which had a strong urine smell and our shower's water water never worked. Was moved to another dorm because they wanted to do some construction. I shouldn't have paid full price. Good beach front sitting area but you have to pay for beach towels. Aussie owner at the front was rather unhelpful and the tourist agency was really overpriced. Disappointed.

Best place to stay in Nha Trang! Staff is very helpful and friendly (we could even buy waterpark tickets from them). Very clean hostel with large bathrooms, plenty of hot water and nice lockers. Each hostel floor comes with a living room - a nice touch for hanging out and having movie nights. The best bars are a short walk away and the beach is close too! Met a lot of great people here and we had a blast! Stay here

My favorite hostel in Vietnam. Its basically a repurposed hotel with all facilities of a hotel (pool, pool bar, buffet breakfast, free shuttle services, good A/C, large bathrooms, etc.) with the atmosphere of a hostel. Very social place where its easy to meet people. The location is pretty far from everything but bikes are cheap to rent

Very social place and easy to meet people - especially with their great happy hour deals! The balconies make for awesome hangout places both in the day and night time. Though the staff is a lot less friendly and helpful than the Hanoi branch. The bathrooms are the size of tiny closests and a bit rundown. Best place to stay as a solo traveller in Hue

Preferred this one to the Ma May one. Has a bit more of a typical backpacker feel - less massive than the newer one and the facilities are just as nice. Stayed at the Ma May one before Castsaways to meet people and party; then had a more chill time hanging out here on the rooftop bar after Castaways.

Probably the only hostel like place in town. Glenn is really helpful about activities around town and means well but you can easily find cheaper tours/train/bus tickets. The food and view from the hotel are great! Its has a pool table and its pretty easy to meet other travelers if you're traveling solo. Rooms are a bit moldy and the warm water in the showers runs out quickly. Overall, decent place to stay

Great location in old town with plenty of good places to eat nearby. Bar closes way too early so the hostel offers a pub crawl but often times the pub crawl leaders get really drunk themselves and aren't too helpful. Castaways is way overpriced but definitely still worth doing :)

Very clean and hot showers! Free breakfast and use of the kitchen is wonderful. Its a bit of a quiet place, I was expecting more backpackers around and found myself disappointed.

Far from the ruins but easily reached if you rent a bike. The hostel was pretty quiet when i was there - maybe not the best place to be as a solo traveller. The lady who runs the place is really friendly and helpful.

It has the perfect location right near Khao San but far away enough from the noise/chaos. Rooms were clean and it a great place to meet other travelers. Free breakfast is a nice bonus. Staying in the solo cabin room was a really cool experience.
