A great hostel with some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. Nice bar, awesome pool and decently priced food. Beds were comfy and you get your own power socket. Tuk-tuks wait outside the hostel too and they have a good deal going for S-21 and the killing fields. Would stay again!

Stayed in the 6-bed dorm "penthouse" and it was lovely! Personal fan, mozzie net and light and no bunks with a beautiful balcony and view. Lockers but no door, but place is locked up at night. Mini golf, billiards & happy hour! Great value & delicious food and drinks. Good location close to town. Nice owner with lots of info about the area. Only potential downside is it attracts an older/expat crowd and has only 6 dorm beds so maybe not the best place to meet younger travelers if you're alone.

Beautiful, clean, new hostel with very comfy beds and a really nice common area with pool. Staff were lovely. However, there was no atmosphere whatsoever as the three days I was there, I saw only four people in the common area even though the hostel was full! Food was also expensive and no breakfast included, and $15 CAD/night for a dorm is pricey. Switched to Langchia hostel when a bed came up.

Had a private room for one night and it was nice but much too expensive for what it was. Pub crawl every night so nowhere to hang out if you're not participating and a bit loud. Front desk staff were friendly but bar staff were downright cold and rude, and the western staff running the pub crawl were downright obnoxious, unfortunately.

Comfy hostel with free events every night, including free beer and spring rolls dinner. Got a free upgrade to a private room which was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cute puppy on the premises too :)

They really max out the beds in the dorm but privacy curtains are a nice touch. Great breakfast, comfy beds, strong wifi in the room, friendly staff and super clean. A short walk from the main hotel/restaurant/bar area so a bit quieter without being bothered by people trying to sell you stuff outside the door.

Comfy beds with reading light, USB charger and privacy curtains. Spotlessly clean and perfect location on a pedestrian alley. Strong wifi in the rooms and great breakfast (choice of 4 options). You even get little extras like a free toiletries kit, water bottle and daily towels! Heaven. Staff are so sweet and helpful too. Tours are more expensive here though so book at the travel centre down the alley.

Nice staff, but dorm beds were thin and ROCK hard (literally made the sound of warping sheet metal underneath when I moved!) and washroom area was cramped with very moldy showers. No keys provided as rooms did not lock. Wifi showed as full bars throughout the hostel but barely connected over a four-day period -- was slightly better in the lobby but we had to go to a cafe to book or download anything. Nowhere to sit/socialize really except the tables outside which were quite hot durung the day.

Beautiful hostel/hotel at the edge of the old city with a pool, gorgeous sitting area, reasonably priced and delicious food and really friendly staff. Also amazing showers! Only downside was there are only 2 dorm rooms so it's really quiet; if you're traveling alone you might struggle to meet people.

Best hostel I've ever visited. A nice place to chill and enjoy island vibes without being in messy party central. Amazing food and the Friday catamaran party was so much fun! Only con is the slightly isolated location, meaning the water taxi is $5 each way and you have to factor that in to eating elsewhere or doing activities on other islands. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice rooms, but anyone could walk into the hostel and wander upstairs. Comfy beds. Terrible showers. Common room atmosphere wasn't great -- basically a circle of couches where everyone could sit and be on their phones. No kitchen.

A nice hostel -- atmosphere and fantastic dorm rooms were highlights. Staff put on various activities each night, often with free drinks and meals. It's a party hostel, so be aware of that. There are some good tours offered too, although similar tours are cheaper at at least one other Kotor hostel.

Fantastic hostel with absolutely lovely owners, who drove some of us out into the Burren for a (free!) tour of the area and showed us a photo slide demonstration and some cool rocks from the region -- nice way to spend a wet, stormy night. Common room is really cute and cosy with a peat fire. Beds are comfy and kitchen is really nice. Stay here!

Nice bar area separate from common room and large kitchen. Had a concert one night with great live music, too. Close to the train and bus stations, but across the bridge from town (5-10 minute walk). Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. There were several middle-aged guests here during my stay, so the average age here may skew older.

Enjoyed the bar and atmosphere. Lots of events and good way to meet other travellers. Go check out the Thursday night Beatles covers at the Cavern Club! No locks on the bedroom doors and no padlocks provided for lockers. Hostel is also up a million stairs, although they give fair warning. No free wifi and no bar. Showers and toilets were okay but there aren't many per floor. A bit far from the Royal Mile compared to many other popular hostels. Value for money just wasn't great. You can find better in Edinburgh!

Very clean and new hostel and friendly, helpful staff. Decor is really nice, too -- kitschy chic! Downfalls: the 15-minute walk into town and the lack of social activity in the lounge. The kitchen ended up being the hangout spot! Would be nice for non-partiers or older folks, or people seeking quiet. If you're travelling solo, you might be lonely.
