Youth Hostel Oia

This was such a great hostel mostly because of the people. The staff was excellent and making friends with everyone who stayed was easy. Amazing view of the sunset and their bar has great deals. The rooms are spacious and didn't get too hot, the bathrooms aren't the best, but everything worked. About a 20 min bus ride from the main town (Thira) and it's really close to the bus stop. Lots to do and see, great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Really cool place, great atmosphere. We stayed in a hut-type thing without a/c and it was fine, good deal for the money. There are two pools, a bar, a food place, and a mini mart. They have music playing almost all the time and it was a lot of fun. It's across from the beach, which is beautiful, and getting into the main village for late night bars was easy, getting back you either have to walk or find one of the 5 cabs, but not bad.

Camping Naoussa

Good value for the money. We had a two-person tent and they provided the sleeping bags, not the most comfortable sleeping on the ground, but manageable. The bathrooms were a little funky, but everything worked. They have a "kitchen area" but it wasn't the most inviting place and unless you have your own stuff to cook/eat with, you can't really use it. The location was ok, not really close to much, but the walk into town wasn't too bad, maybe 45minutes. There is a beach like 5 minutes away.
