Near all the main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff, the bar is a nice hang out place, and the facilities were well maintained. The included breakfast was really nice also. Great experience overall!
Great atmosphere, there are events every night and the staff are great. The food is good and at an reasonably price. The hostel is also close to everything so I never got a bus pass. You can even walk to Arthur's Seat from the hostel.
One of the best hostels I have stayed at during my travels through Eastern Europe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and it was also a great place to meet other solo-travelers. They don't have a washing facility, but there is a laundromat down the street. Also, it's in a good quiet location and close to public transportation.
Out of the hostels that I have been in, this was probably the worse one I have stayed at. Things just didn't work as you would expect them to. There were nails sticking out of the floorboards, the chairs in the room seem to fall apart if you lean on them, they don't accept credit cards and require a day to get your receipt (which I never received), and there were so many staff working at the front desk that things get miscommunicated very easily. The outdoor shower was nice though.
Great staff and close to the train station. The rooms were a bit small, but it was a nice place to stay at especially if you are on your way to Vienna or Prague. It had a relaxing atmosphere and even even had a welcome drink for free.
Located right at the center of everything you would want to see in Prague, Arpacay Backpackers Hostel was a great choice as it was less than a ten minute walk away from the Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. It's so close that you can actually see a part of the Prague Castle from the room that I stayed at. The hostel was also close to the bus station. The hostel was also clean and the breakfast was good.
