Hostel Marmota

Nice hostel outside of city centre. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere was great, there's a nice terrace and barbeque area outside where you will meet people. Good kitchen also where you can cook your own food. Every time you go outside you have to leave the room key to reseption, ' cause there were only one key for every room, so coming and going isn't as easy as it could be. Great view from the terrace.

Hotel Giovannina

Venice, Italy

Not really in Venice, actually outside oo Venice in the city called Mestre. Venice is an island and Mestre is a city in the mainland. You get to Venice with the train easily, hostel locates quite near the station. You have to leave the key to the reseption every time when you leave the hostel, 'cause there is only one key to every room. So coming and going wasn't always the easiest, 'cause there wasn't always staff in the reseption. Cheap, good value for your money.

Isn't really a hostel, more of a couple renting their apartment. There were three bedrooms in apartment and small kitchen. You get keys to the apartment and to your room, which were different, so it's safe to leave your stuff there. Man who was welcoming us was very very friendly, but his english was pretty bad, you get around that if you really want to. Other choice is not to speak anybody, but that's no fun. I recommend this hostel for a person who's outgoing and open for an adventure.

Scream House

Milan, Italy

Very small and a little bit of shamy hostel as the name might already tell you. Quite far from centre of Milan, but you can get there quite easily with the metro. You don't get the keys to the hostel, but there is always a guy in the reseption who buzz you in when you arrive to hostel, so that knocks down little bit of partying. There's no locks in the room doors either, but there is a small closets in rooms for everybody, so you can get your stuff secured. But it's cheap, so it's good!

Youthhostel Zurich

Zurich, Switzerland

Very nice youthhostel outside of city centre of Zurich. To get here you have to take a train or a bus, and walk from the trainstation is a bit tough walk, because it's uphill, but to other way it's of course downhill. The hoste itself is good, there is lot of young people staying all the time. There's a big kitchen and lobby area in the doenstairs where you can cook or buy something to eat, athmosphere is very friendly and easygoing and the staff is also very friendly.

Charlie Rockets

Very nice hostel almost in the city centre of Bruges, everything is near. Cool bar downstairs, which is always a plus. Only one key for every room so you have to leave your key in the reseption every time you go out, that's a little minus.

Trianon

Nice and clean, more of a hotel than a hostel, but still quite cheap one. A bit far from the cite centre, but in Amsterdam you can get around with tram very easily, so it doesn't really matter. There are many museums near, if you're into that kind of things, for example Van Gogh museum is in the next block and big nice park next to that. Hotel was very clean and there was showers and toilets in every room and keycards, so coming and going was very easy.
