Very helpful staff. Booked the tour around Lake Titicaca through the hostel and they complied with all the requests i.e. English speaking guide, transfer from and to the hostel, etc. The hostel room was spacious with tidy bathroom.

I actually stayed here for 4 nights. The first two were ok, the room was average. The second two nights I was moved to another room that was cold and dingy. The bathroom door couldn't shut and there were spiderwebs everywhere. The actual hostel has wifi in the rooms which is good although slow. There is no lounge or Internet room, just a restaurant type place with hard wooden chairs. No water, tea etc is provided even though it is at altitude. The packed lunch is disgusting, don't buy it.

This was a fantastic hostel. Social in the courtyard and bar, but quiet in the rooms where you need it. The staff were helpful, especially when I didn't feel well due to the altitude. The beds were comfortable with feather duvets and extra blankets. My only complaint was the Internet, it was slow and not available in the rooms. The best signal was in the bar
