Managua Backpackers Inn

Managua, Nicaragua

I stayed at this hostel for only one night, but from what I can tell this is a very good hostel. You have to be buzzed in after hours, and there are security lockers (but you need your own lock). There were some people that stayed up late out by the pool, but I could not hear them from the dorm room. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and refreshing. The bed sheets were clean and unstained. The kitchen is stocked to make any meal, and there is a shuttle to the airport for $15.

This hotel is very quaint, the dorm is nice, and it has a calm atmosphere. If you are looking to party, this isn't the place for you. There were a few families there just passing through. Security was alright, but the door into the dorm house is old and it was really hard to open!! Breakfast was great with coffee, juice, eggs, and toast. There's a cute kitten named Lucky in the main office that is fun to play with. One thing that bothered me was that neighbors blasted music until very late!
