Pricey but it is Banff. Rooms were very clean and each bed had multiple outlets which was good, great big breakfast, and prime location right on Banff ave. Plenty of daily activities so good for travelers who want to meet people. Bathrooms could use a reno but other than that would stay again.

I had a great time! Was easy to meet people, great location close to transport and nice eating places. Very clean and well maintained. If I had to be picky, perhaps quieter (non-metal) lockers with provided locks and bigger fridge in kitchen. Definitely one of the best hostels in Canada!
Great feedback - thanks! We'll look into the locker situation but are quite certain that non-metal lockers would be breakable so maybe not as safe? Something to think of, absolutely! As for locks, they are available at reception for the small price of 5$. We can also direct you to the nearest dollar-store if you want a cheaper option :)

The area was a bit quiet but there were still some restaurants and cafes. There could have been more showers but that is the trade off when you stay in a more traditional style accommodation. Place was very clean and comfortable, nice traditional and artsy atmosphere, small hostel so easy to meet other travelers. Would stay again.

Immaculately clean with great facilities. Bar is a good place to meet people and you don't have to worry about the noise disturbing your sleep. Beds are super comfy and staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to Namba station walking distance to Dotonbori. Would definitely stay again!

Really good basic and clean place to stay and good value for money. It's not a hostel for 'wow' factor with amazing facilities and atmosphere but if all you want is a well-run and clean place to crash while you are in Seoul this place is perfect. There was a small mix-up with our booking but they assumed responsibility and the problem was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Location is also great straddling Hongdae and Sinchon, close to airport lines and line 2.

Good place to stay if you want something cheap, clean, but basic, in Seoul. Convenient location close to Line 2 and Hongdae.

People stay here for the social vibe and location close to the beach. It is basic beach bungalow style so it's nothing fancy which is fine, but considering the price you can find hostels with nicer facilities elsewhere (modern bathrooms, rooftop patio, a/c). Bathroom was a bit dirty and in disrepair. Beds were cleaned daily though and always had clean sheets which is good for a beach place. If you aren't picky about where you rest your head and want to party/meet people this place is for you.

Very clean and comfortable beds with great lockers and ice cold a/c. Hot water showers were great and even though bathrooms were a bit moldy you could tell they were cleaned often. Amazing food in the cafe with large portions. Good environment for meeting other travellers. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Its a good location in a historical area and building but it would have been nice if they served Chinese food in their restaurant. The rooftop is a nice place to relax and the staff were friendly. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Also we had a/c in our room but because it was above one person's bed at night it kept getting shut off making for a hot nights sleep. The great wall tour they offered was good and a great way to meet people.
Thanks for your review,

They thought of everything at this hostel! And the location was so good we hardly had to spend any time on the subway to see places. Staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great cleanliness and friendly staff. Nice big, clean bathrooms (mold free! unlike other hostels in Korea)! My only issue was there were no keys or anything for lockers when we got into our room. Luckily we didn't bring too many valuables with us.

Exceptionally clean and very friendly eager to help staff. Location was good about 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Would be nice to be able to have a beer in the common area, but no drinking allowed. Not as much of a social hostel but comfortable, efficient, and clean.

Although i arrived late, i received a great check in detailing where things were and the staff were helpful with any questions i had. This place is immaculately clean but still retains some great character and charm. Its easy to meet people in the common area. Nice neighbourhood close to the metro only 3 stops from taipei main station. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for the warm words :D

Very very clean and good location in Tokyo. I enjoyed the decor, gave the hostel a neat vibe. Wonderful clean bathroom facilities, super comfy beds, and a cute kitchen area. Since my friend and I spent most of our time exploring we didn't get a chance to get involved in any hostel activities so not sure what they are like but many were advertised. A bit pricey but it's normal for Tokyo and you get what you pay for!

Classic capsule hotel experience. It's not a hostel vibe but still something you should try while in Japan. The facility is older but immaculately clean and not too far from the subway. Comfortable nights rest :)

Great location in the middle of Banff. Staff were friendly. High season Banff prices. Could use a bathroom renovation, but beds were comfy and clean. Bar was affordable and a nice place to socialize with other travellers.

Great location really close to Haeundae beach, everything was kept very clean. The included breakfast was pretty good value. Only issue was that at night the walls are pretty thin and any noise from the common areas could be heard in the rooms, but I think some earplugs would solve this problem. I would stay again.

The facility is wonderful and brand new, with a great rooftop view. The place is a bit of a walk from the main area with restaurants, tour agencies, and market though. Staff seemed a bit indifferent at times. They closed the rooftop by 10 PM which kind of killed the vibe to meet people, so mainly you had that 'backpackers' feel with your roommates. Simple things like including milk with coffee at breakfast (they charge you for milk) and providing tourist maps would be nice.
