We had a brilliant stay here and the family owners of the hostel were lovely and very welcoming. Such an amazing location and value for money. Can't stay anywhere else on a Croatian Island for this price! Right outside the bus stop so easy to get to from the ferry. Sea pretty much on your doorstep and supermarket opposite. Really well equipped kitchen and great terraces. Would happily stay here again for longer. The town was beautiful and the sea great for snorkeling. Perfect beach retreat!

A strange experience because it was a huge empty hostel. It seemed like we had the floor to ourselves which meant at least 8+ showers/toilets, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 4+ computers! Facilities were great, couldn't even use them all in the time! Staff were very helpful. Brilliant location only 10 mins walk to the castle and town center. Bit of a distance from the train station with luggage - 35 mins walk. Excellent price for Ljubljana. Just wish there were more people to fill a great hostel.

A very new, clean and well designed hostel. Well equipped kitchen, clean shared bathrooms and very social common rooms. Quiet enough to sleep but great atmosphere to meet people! Not great location - 20 mins walk from supermarket and tram stop, completely out of town - 20 mins on tram. Three computers to use in common room. A great experience and place to meet people. Lockers in the very clean dorms. Hard to find cheap hostel in Zagreb, so this is a great option.
Heinzelova tram station is 5min walk from hostel, and Lidl supermarket as well. There is also 24/7 small supermarket 3min from hostel on petrol station. Radnicka tram station is 7min walk from hostel. 4 computers to use in common room.

We loved this hostel! Ticked all the boxes. The guy that looked after it was amazing! He knew so much about the city and Europe and was always available to help you. Big, clean rooms with great views and we had air-con and a fish tank! On top of all the main sites and really close to public transport. Free maps. With the train station behind you get tram 2 going in the left direction. Well-equipped and very clean kitchen. Computer to use. Such a clean hostel! Would come back again and again!

Strangely empty hostel but great experience! Staff were not often available, but still very helpful and lent us a guide for Sofia which was worth the money on its own! Rooms were a bit out-dated, and bathroom was a wet room, no shower curtain. Enjoyed our stay here with excellent location near main sights and also train station! When coming out of train station (with station behind you) go left to find Maria-Luiza street, instructions are good from there. Near supermarket. Really good wi-fi.

This hostel was run by such a lovely lady! We had to cancel one of our days last minute and she was very understanding. Excellent hostess that showed us where to visit in the city and was very welcoming. In an excellent location for arriving by train and close to public transport to get to the main city. Security is not great but we had no problems and she let us store luggage. Good wi-fi. Great, well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and good value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer.

One of the best hostels in Europe! But not really a hostel, more of a little wooden cabin in the countryside of Romania. Very close to the station and the town. Lovely and quiet, great kitchen facilities but lacks equipment because it is technically a campsite. Amazing swimming pool that guests can use for free and great atmosphere, full of locals. Shower was odd and previous reviews were correct. It was very communal but there is a lock so shower quick. It is well worth staying here anyway!

Very weird experience. We arrived late but informed the hostel of this. We were greeted and let in by a guest, hostel staff were rude initially and provided little information. Taken in a taxi to an apartment in an unknown and poor location which we were never told so getting into town the next day was very difficult. Stayed in a clean private apartment with great kitchen, bathroom, balcony and sofa bed. Overall surreal and negative experience, not an easy stay and didn't feel very safe.

Really excellent hostel! We had a three bed room that was really clean and had nice pine furniture (it is converted from university accommodation). One of the best showers of hostels in Europe. Huge, well-equipped kitchen. Great computers but inconsistent wifi. Social during the day but quiet to sleep in, so perfect! Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Really good free maps provided - definitely worth a read. Supermarket nearby and underground relatively close. Not a long trip into town

During our stay the nearest underground station was being completely repaired and probably will be for a while. There is a tram to help with this because it stops at the station of the same name as the underground so that is easy just a hassle to start with. Hostel is a 10-15 min walk from the tube/tram station with luggage. We had a private double but that was right next to the dorms so noisy and the shower kept falling off the wall. It was clean though and had computers and was social.

This hostel is better than described on its website. It was busy and lively with always someone to talk to or disrupt your sleep. Its the best place to go if you are young in Amsterdam. There is free breakfast which was brilliant for a budget hostel. Staff were friendly and a brilliant location in town with easy tram links everywhere. The hostel wi-fi wasn't massively consistent but that is what you expect in European hostels and at least it was there rather than just being advertised!
Hi Isabelle, Thanks for your great review! We hope to se you and your friends again soon! Greetings, Hans Brinker
