The 4 bed dorms are very small and lack fresh air. The directions given in the booking confirmation lack clarity, very difficult to find without a tuk - tuk. Apart from that, the place is clean and in a good location.
Nice place, but it can get very cold in winter as everything is open/ outside and there is no heating. The beds have electric blankets to keep you warm at night.
You get a clean bed for a reasonable price, but there is no hostel atmosphere at all, as the hostel is made up of different residential apartments. Organisation seems to be poor, I had to change rooms during my stay, and say several other guests that had the same problem.
The dorm has nice wide beds, no bunk beds, but is is located in the basement of the building. The location of the hostel is excellent, close to the centre and the train and bus stations. Staff are friendly and helpful.
It's a nice Hostel, but the room was extremely humid with mould on the wall, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.
The hostel is close to the Yangtse river, but is a long walk uphill to the more central areas and the metro station. During the day it is fine but at night I did not feel safe walking down the steps in darkness. The hostel is fine and offers all the facilities you need. Food and drink are available at very reasonable prices. When I stayed here there were relatively few international/ English speaking guests.
When we arrived all available beds in the dorm were dirty, it seems that they had not been cleaned properly. The dorm is very small, and there is only one bathroom with toilet for several dorms together. The location is great, but extra services such as food, drinks or laundry were quite overpriced.
