The staff should ensure all booked rooms must have functional lighting. Also, since some of the customers may not be able to bring sockets for charging as some gadgets may have different sockets. Therefore the hostel should have provision for this even for rental if not for free use. The bathroom is quite disgusting, should be improved with tiles snd concrete walls.

Hi Annabelle, thanks a lot for your feedback and suggestion. We will continue to do our best to improve our hostel. We're happy to update you that we've installed a universal power point that also comes with USB port at each single/double pods and the 4-bed dormitory. More will be added soon plus the lighting as well. Regarding the shower room, we designed them with zink and pebble wash as kampung style concept and we continuously maintain the cleanliness of them.

The staffs are helpful and accommodating. The rooftop garden is great especially at night. The CR needs some regular cleaning. The beddings is disgusting, i think they dont provide new beddings to the next guests as observed in our room where people come and go always. The location is quite far from the EW lavender station and therefore not good if bringing heavy stuffs to and from the hostel unless taking a cab. The breakfast is great!
