Good hostel. It was on the quiet side but everything was clean and the owners are very friendly. The dorm rooms had plenty of space. Breakfast was good. The one downside was location. You have to take the bus to everything. The bus runs very frequently but it would be nice if there was a grocery store within walking distance. Also the kitchen could use some work.
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Alonso, was very helpful in suggesting things to do. The breakfast is 'make your own'. The ingredients are layed out every morning and you just help yourself. The overall atmosphere was extremely friendly. Alonso went out of his way to look for accommodations for us in Tamarindo when we couldn't find any. He was a genuinely nice guy. Overall it was a great experience.
Awesome hostel. Almost more of a 'resort' feel than a hostel feel. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful in helping us book various tours. The one downside was there was no kitchen and the bar/restaurant were pretty pricey.
The hostel is perfect if you are looking to relax and take it easy. However, they also have events with the party hostels at night so it's the best of both worlds. Hawaii is also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Awesome hostel. Hands down the friendliest staff. We were only there for two nights but each night was awesome and the staff does a ton to make sure people have a great time. The guests were friendly and everyone was outgoing.
