Alan was very kind and accommodating, and we really appreciated the great kitchen, washing facilities, and the television!

Unfortunately the noisiest hostel I've been in. All the doors slam, and the late night revellers in the street do not allow much sleep.

The welcome was fabulous, and the farewell made us feel we'd been there much longer than one night. Breakfast menu was amazing, and the room was really comfortable. Thanks again.

Samui Beach Resort

Our experience here was unfortunate, as the pool was out of action except for the last day, and a new building was under construction so the place was a mess. Having said that, they compensated by throwing in breakfast for free and not charging us for a second day of motorbike hire. The location on Lamai Beach is nice and quiet, and the food at their beachside restaurant is really good.

This was a great little hotel in an excellent location - a short walk to the night market area. A great room with a balcony and a safe. We hired a motor bike elsewhere, and they even let us keep it inside the foyer overnight so that it was safe. Great service.

The staff here were very helpful, referring us to a tuk-tuk driver (Mr Hong) who was fabulous, and we employed his services on 3 days of our stay. The location was great - 5 minutes walk to Pub Street and the centre of everything, but far enough away to get an undisturbed night. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

This place was in a great location, just 5 minutes walk across the bridge from the centre of the action on Pub Street. It's on a lovely tree lined street, quiet and safe. The hotel staff organised us a tuc-tuc driver during our stay - Mr Hong - and he was brilliant - prompt and kind and very obliging.

This place went above & beyond. Arranged a couple of brilliant tours for us, dropped us off & picked us up from the station, and provided bottled water every time we sat in the foyer! Fantastic service. Will come back here.

Great hotel, great location, great pool, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Right opposite the hotel is the best restaurant in Vietnam - Cafe 43. Their food and drinks were amazing, they are the nicest family, and our girls enjoyed a fabulous cooking lesson in their kitchen.

Brilliant! Came back 3 times during our travels. Great location, in a quiet lane but just off the streets where everything is happening. Surrounded by restaurants, great massage places, tour agencies, ATMs and bars. Ahn and his wife were just lovely.
