Excellent! I don't usually book hostels for more than 10-15€ because I believe that if you're sleeping in a 8 or 10 bed dorm, you shouldn't be paying that much. In this case I had to, because being a small city this was the cheapest, but it was actually worth it! Location is priceless, loved waking on my top bed and see the main square, the bridge and the river. Nicest Staff, great Breakfast. I'll defn stay here again, just hope they don't increase the prices based on these positive reviews ;)

Youth Hostel Van Gogh (Chab)

Brussels, Belgium

What's the point of having a Hostel if you're going to have a bar 10 meters away from the bedrooms with loud music all night, and drunk people chatting loudly all night right next to the bedroom window? Plus, the rooms were outside, you had to cross the yard in the cold to go to the bathroom. Free lockers on the reception but none on the bedrooms. Location was not bad, staff was ok but not the nicest and sometimes vanished for too long. Definitely too expensive for its value. Not coming back.

You have to pay 3€ for linen, which is ridiculous. Only two bathrooms for a lot os people. Staff is very nice though, always ready to help.

Fabric Hostel & Club

Naples, Italy

Portici is a good area to stay in, you get to Naples in 10 minutes, Pompeii in 5, Amalfi coast in 45, and you stay right next to Vesuvius. The hostel has great conditions, a nice restaurant and club, clean toilets, individual lockers in the dorms, a wide common area with TV, a ping-pong table and of course free wi-fi! The worst part were some members of the staff, which were quite obnoxious.

Ai Quattro Canti

Right in the centre of Palermo. Excellent staff, they will help you with anything and give you good advices on what too see, where to eat, etc. Clean, with a great atmosphere, they also organize activities for its customers every night. A bit expensive though, we only stayed there because it was a last-time booking so we didn't have much option.

This camping has great conditions, bathrooms and showers very clean, a nice restaurant and supermarket. You get to Rome in 15 minutes by train, and if you come after midnight there are buses during all night. If you don't want to pay 1€ for their shuttle to the train station you can easily walk, it is not that far (10-15 minutes).

PLUS Camping Michelangelo

Florence, Italy
69%

The location is good, right next to Piazzale Michelangelo where you get a great view of Florence (you don't really get a view from the camping site, because of all the trees that get in between). It's also next to one one of Florence's most beautiful churches, San Miniato al Monte! And it is not that far - you can easily walk from the city center to the camping, no problem.

Poor location. 5€ for Wi-fi! Only one bathroom per floor, there was someone in the bathroom for hours and they woudn't let me use another one in another floor even though it was clear... Don't recommend this place.
