Really enjoyed our stay at st christophers berlin! The bar downstairs was excellent, cheap drinks and cheap (good) food. The beds were extremely comfortable and room very clean. Whoever is responsible for the choice of pillows deserves a promotion. Shower and toilet facilities were ample on our level. Metro was just across the road so easy to access everywhere in the city. Friendly staff and a good chilled vibe in the bar, whether you were drinking or not. Will be back!!

Hotel Neos Olympos, Athens, Greece

Ok hostel for a short stay. We were on the top floor and with no lift it was very strenuous to get our bags up there. The rooms were ok except for a strong, somewhat overpowering smell of smoke. The shared bathroom was a bit hard to handle, could look a bit more inviting. Overall recommendable place to stay though if its just in between getting to and from the greek islands/flying in and out of athens like we were; it is very cheap, free breakfast and close to a metro station.

Mavromatis Studios, Naxos, Greece

Mavromatis was a nice place to stay for 4 of us girls to stay for our few days in naxos. Voula was lovely, very helpful and friendly and she even drove down to the port on the last day searching for us to give us a passport we had forgotten at the villa!! 10-15 min walk in to town, few metres down the road is a big supermarket. Didnt actually go to the beach that was close by but instead hired a car to explore the other (beautiful!!) beaches about 30 mins away - definitely recommend! Great stay

Hotel Jason, Mykonos, Greece

Hotel Jason is lovely, very clean nice rooms! Big pool at the hotel with tanning beds. Just walk down the road and you can catch the bus to the beach or in to town or catch a cab for under 10 euros. The staff were lovely, extremely friendly and always helpful. Was a nice place to stay and relax after a few days out at super paradise beach in the cabins. My only annoyance was that the wifi signs out every couple of minutes, safe to say i will never forget what jason spelt backwards is !!! :)

Firstly, thank you to BIG MIKE - from his initial collection of us at the boat when we arrived to when we left mike was a helpful and charming host. The resort itself is fantastic, great pool and poolside bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable and air conditioned with good bathrooms. Impeccable value for money - it is a couple of minutes walk into the centre of town and even less to get to the best souvlaki (ask for the special sauce!!) and crepes around! WILL STAY AGAIN and tyson is a bonus!

Affittacamere Da Silvia, Cinque Terre, Italy

25th Aug 2013

Cinque terre is beautiful and this was a great town for us to stay in to explore the coast. The only downfall is that its a steep walk up the middle of the town to get to the apartment (unavoidable in cinque terre) and if you have heavy bags like us can be a bit hard to get them to the room. Otherwise no complaints, spacious room that was cleaned daily - comfortable stay. Such a beautiful little town and definitely go and do the hike, the view is well worth it!

Lovely girl who greeted us upon arrival. Great location, surf beach to the right, old town to the left with all the tapas bars, etc. Hostel was all good, only downfall was the beds were on quite painful springs. No other complaints, would stay again :)
