This was one of the best hostels we stayed in while 9 months of travelling. Everything is very clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

Everything was very clean and the different concepts of the rooms are nice. The staff is very friendly. To get to the city centre you have to take the MRT for a short ride. The MRT station is located near the hostel. The breakfast is very simple but this is how it´s like in Asia.

This was one of the best hostels we stayed in on our RTW trip! The staff is perfect, they are all doing a very good job! Everything is very clean, the showers are amazing and the kitchen is well equipped. We wanted to stay for 2 nights and extended to 5 nights because you feel like home there. They welcome you as friends, not just as guests. There are lots of things for free, e.g. WIFI, bicycle hire, shuttle service. We would stay there again and recommend it to everyone going to Port Macquarie!

This hostel is ok. The atmosphere is nice, you can meet lots of new people and make new friends. But the showers need to be replaced, the kitchen is ggod equipped but too small for several people cooking at the same time. Even if the Wifi is for free it doesn´t work properly. Unfortunately we couldn´t sleep very well because you could hear everyone passing by or talking in front of the rooms and the walls are very thin. The free shuttle service runs regularly which is very good.

Our private room was one room in an "appartment" with another private room. Therefore we had to share the kitchen and the bathroom just with 2 other people which was really cool. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool was nice. And they have a free laundry! The only bad thing is the distance to the city. It´s a 30 min walk but the hostel has a free shuttle which runs every hour. Would stay there again.

The room was very small, there wasn´t even enough space to store our luggage. The air- con in the room wasn´t adjustable and the windows couldn´t be opened and therefore it was too cold. The kitchen is too small for the number of guests. 5 people cooking at the same time was nearly impossible and the facilities didn´t work properly. Wouldn´t stay there again. The only good thing is the location near the city centre.

This was one of the best hostels we stayed in during our RTW trip. The owner is very friendly and helps you finding and booking the best trip to Fraser Island, skydiving and other things. We could do our laundry for free and there´s fast and free WIFI everywhere. The hostel is divided in several units. There were 3 rooms in our unit in total and therefore we had to share the kitchen and the bathroom with only 4 other people. It was very quiet and easy going.

The showers and toilets should be modernized but they are clean at all times. The staff is very friendly and helps you finding the right trip to the Whitsundays. The kitchen is well equipped and there´s a nice outdoor seating area with hammocks and a swimming pool. We would stay there again.

Everything in this hostel is perfectly clean. It was the cleanliest hostel we stayed in on our Round the World Trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the kitchen is well equipped but a little too small if there are more than 5 people cooking at the same time. We would stay there again.

This hostel is perfect as holiday accomodation as well as for staying for longer. The kitchen is big enough for 10 people cooking at the same time and is equipped with everything you need. All facilities and rooms are very clean, there´s enough space to store your belongings. Melbourne´s city centre is just a few minutes walk away and the free City Circle Tram stops one block away. If we´ll come back to Melbourne we´ll stay there again.

The hostel is okay. The owner is very friendly and gives you all information you need. The kitchen is well equipped and everything´s clean. But it´s very loud. The hostel is located at the main street and there´s always rush hour. At 6 am the night is gone.

We wanted to stay just 1 night and then go to Copacabana but after the 1st night we extended our stay. The two guys running that hotel are very friendly and helpful. It feels like home. They prepare a fresh delicious breakfast every morning with everything you can imagine. The rooms are big and everything is perfectly clean. We recommend it!!! If we´ll come back we would stay there again.

The hostel is ok but there´s no laundry!!! The information given here on hostelworld that they have laundry facilities is wrong! So if you´re giong to SP and have to do your laundry, choose another hostel. Otherwise you have to go to a very expensive laundry. (28 BRL for wash & dry) As well it was very loud in the hostel. In the night you could hear everyone who was going to the restrooms.

Dear Katharina, Laundry in Brasil is very expensive, as you will notice as you travel the country. Even when hostels offer laundry services they charge for the service, that's a common practice all over. When we say we facilitate laundry is that we have a partnership with the laundry, making it cheaper for our guests. Too bad it was taken this way.

We had a very nice stay in this hostel. The owner and his wife speak english very well and they were really friendly and helpfurl. He cooked a real brazilian dish for us, took us out to nice fish eating place for dinner and watched a brazilian movie with us. The rooms were clean and we had a good view on the dam. Unfortunately the hostel is a little outside the centre, but the centre of Foz isn´t a real centre. There are only a few restaurants, nothing special. So it doesn´t matter.

Amazing view! You have a great view on Rio´s centre from the balconies. The Santa Teresa quarter is a nice place to take a walk and there are some real good restaurants in the near of the hostel.

Very friendly staff, good kitchen facilities, cheap laundry service, good location and a good restaurant. When were in La Paz it was very cold and unfortunately there are no heaters in the rooms. But you can rent hot water bottles or portable heaters. The only bad thing was the smell in the bathrooms. But we could handle this.

Friendly staff, the room was okay, but very loud because it´s directly at the main street, kitchen was good equipped but not really clean. Nice backyard to chill out.

Room was okay, friendly staff. Breakfast was only Pancakes which you have to do on your own. Good laundry facilities and good location near the centre.
