We stayed here two nights and while our car was outside it was broken into. The staff all had attitudes and when we asked them to call the police and they called a taxi instead. They had hidden charges for sheets as well as using a credit card.
Very cute hostel In the mountains.
Outrageous! €3 for a towel (plus €3 deposit) €5 for sheets (plus €5 deposit) EXTRA CHARGE FOR HOT WATER!!!! Toilet paper had to be purchased at reception. Heat for the room had to be purchased at reception. Reception closes at 18:00!!! No keys to lock the door. Noticed shop prices were very high when we checked Iin (and out!) the next morning. A staff member walked into our room at 8 am and demanded our passports, even though we were leaving. They make you clean the room or charge you.
The doors could only be opened by reception but the staff was rarely able to be found. We got there and had to pay a required extra 3 euros for sheets per person. Not very clean the floor was unfinished boards.
Staff didn't speak English but there was always some there to help.
Definitely enjoyed this hostel. It had lots of information for going different places.
This was a nice little hostel. There was construction though which made it a little difficult to find.
The bathroom was super slippery after a shower and there was a stair in the bathroom to fall down.
Guy who showed us to our room (and slept in the apt above us) spoke very little English but was very friendly at first, he got a bit too friendly though and I would definitely not recommend staying here as a woman if you don't have a guy with you. It got very uncomfortable and both nights he knocked on our door rather late and made drunken sexual advances. The place itself was quite nice though. Just like what you'd expect of a tiny apartment.
This was not a bad place to stay. Especially liked that there were no bunkbeds.
AVOID!!! The place was nice, but I have never, in my life, been treated so abominably. We booked this place because it was cheap. When we arrived we were told that the price we booked (and were confirmed at) was wrong and we would have to pay an extra €100. We were told to talk to the manager the next morning. THE RUDEST MAN EVER!! He threw my cc in my face and screamed at me that I was no lady if I didn't pay him the extra 100. He yelled to the hotel that we were liars and thieves. Unbelievable

This was one of the best hostels we have stayed at. The staff was excellent and the price was definitely good. Igor was amazing. HIGHLY recommend. Definitely stay here.
Reception difficult to find but the place as a whole was good.
Guy at reception was rude and incredibly slow. The guys in the restaurant were amazing! As was the restaurant itself. Parking for a car was horrible. It cost €6 and the spot that was available for us was so small we hit a tree trying to get out of it. HUGE spiders in the tent!!! But the campsite can't really be blamed for that. Fairly quiet area but far from the city center.
Came back a second time. Shuttle was awesome, breakfast was super good. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
Staff was rude, beds were poorly constructed. Location was in a really bad part of town. Drunk people were wandering the halls and yelling all night.
We liked this hostel but we put food in the refrigerator and it was stolen. The front counter told us that it was pretty normal occurrence.
AVOID!!! We arrived in the dark, no signs or lights on any of their buildings. No reception! Finally found a guy who told us we had been moved 4BLOCKS AWAY!!! Had to maneuver our luggage around 5sets of locks-all broken. Got put in the wrong room, finally got moved to the correct room 24hrs later, DOOR DIDN'T LOCK. Hidden charges! Spotty wifi so we couldn't let them know. No hot water. Tried to contact them about it when we did have wifi, were told it was just too bad for us.
Nice hostel. We arrived when there were lots of other things going on so it was a little expensive.
Loved this hostel. Very clean, and great staff.
The staff was a little hard to find for check in. There was no real reception area. It was in the middle of lots of pubs though.
