The hostel is really far away from Florence, like really!! And to get there you need to take two buses and the second one is only each hour, so if you pretend to make a day visit in Florence I'd definitely not recommend this hostel for you. But if you have time at the city this hostel is not a bad choose, but be aware that you'll need to wall a hill up and down each day. The facilities were good and so was the staff. The breakfast is really good! With cakes and a coffee machine.

Hi! That is just magic about our Hostel, to be upon the Hill and overlooking Florence. Indeed you have to to walk down and uphill form the bus stop for 1 km and that can be hard under the sunshine - the street goes through a lovely and typical tuscan nature. Our cakes are home made by Francesca, fine that you liked them! Best greetings from the whole Bigallo Staff!

The hostel is kind of difficult to find, there was no sign at the main street so I could know when to turn left. But the breakfast was amazing!! The rooms are pretty clean and with air conditioning. Is near to the Medina but you allways need to use a small road to get there, where alot of motocycles insist to get through.

The hostel is quite easy to find once you get to the right street (which you can reach by taxi). Ben was really friendly when we got there. We helped us to arrange a trip do the desert M went everything as he told us. It was an amazing experience and I'd definitely recommend a desert trip for those who don't know now for sure if they should do this. If you are planning to visit Fez and then Marrakesh please make the first visit the desert and then go to Marrakesh, ask Ben for more information
