Really friendly hostel in a good location with comfy beds and a good overall service. Would definitely go back if I was in Bonn again

Youth Hostel Van Gogh (Chab), Brussels, Belgium

Overall, a fairly good place at a reasonable price with breakfast included but there was one major problem: my key card did not work very well and only let me into my door once which was very frustrating as I had to keep going to reception for help, although the staff were consistently friendly. It was also bizarre that we were not allowed to enter our rooms between 11am - 3pm, even if we were staying more than one night. The shower rooms could also do with a bit of refurbishment

A wonderful homely atmosphere in this hostel with a friendly owner. Comfortable bed with locker provided, good access to wifi and a small breakfast included. Only downside is really that the location is perhaps not as central as would be ideal

Bed´nBudget Hostel Hannover, Hannover, Germany

Overall, a nice cheap place with reasonable single rooms including shower but there are a couple of disappointments for a so-called budget hostel in comparison to other similar hostels. Firstly, wifi: the wifi here is a telekom hotspot, which is quite expensive- you have to pay 4.95 for 24 hr access which continues if you're not online- this is worse than other hostels, where wifi is either free or your (cheaper) 24 h accounts for logging out. 6 euro breakfast also too expensive
