The staff was awesome! They were so helpful and never got annoyed with all the questions! They were also very sociable and made everyone feel at home. Only problem I had was there was a group of people that were so loud all through the night and no one enforced the quiet after 11:30.

The staff didn't speak English or even try. She handed us our key and walked away. No map,no help -nothing. The hostel is literally on a hill, almost impossible to find. If you can find it, you will have a great view but it takes about 45 minutes to get to the city center.

The staff was amazing! Very very helpful and flexible with our booking. They even kept our stuff while we side tripped to Salzburg, which was a huge help. Good bar and great hostel atmosphere. Can't say enough nice things about the happy and helpful staff here. Also the location is so close to the train, tram and metro station is was fantastic!
Thanks for your fantastic review - we hope you can come visit us again soon! Happy travelling!

The hostel had great vibes, met a lot of cool people. If you're looking for a hostel with a lot of unique activities, stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The FREE dinner was a huge bonus where I met cool people and the food was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff was not helpful at all, she didn't know any information about Amsterdam (ex. she told me she didn't know what time the Anne Frank house opened because she is not a tourist also she just handed me a map, didn't show me anything) The room was so tiny it was hard to move, and there was only wifi on the main floor.

Volunteer staff was awesome! Really helpful and nice, often they were more helpful than the other workers.

The staff was awesome and went way out of there way to help! It was also really nice to be in a place where the people were so happy you were in their country and they wanted to show you around and make sure you had a good time. Hostel was nice and I'd stay there again!
