Close to the bus station. need to catch tram or bus to sights. Common room was just a kitchen table. Unfortunately a couple of guests chain smoked all afternoon and evening in the kitchen area making the place stink of smoke. once they were gone the smell improved. Small room but ok.

We stayed two nights. It was compact and the owner was wonderful. Close to bus stop for Sukhothai. It is cheap and accross the road from the Supermarket.

Friendly helpful staff. A number of areas to chill out. This place had everything we needed but we were wanting to be away from the main beach areas.

This was the most unfriendly and worst casa we stayed in on our trip. We felt like we inconvenienced them by staying. We arrived to a grumpy welcome and left in the early hours being told we would find a taxi on the street after we asked if one could be organised. We had to walk about 1.5 km before we found a coffee shop and an obliging driver. The only redeeming feature was an ok breakfast.

This is the perfect casa with the best hosts we have ever had. They treated us like family with great breakfasts and dinners. We highly recommend this place when staying in Trinadad.
Thank you very much, you are also charming, we are very pleased that our customers are satisfied.

Helpful staff in a centrally located hostel. The room was large and a number of areas to hangout as well as a kitchen to use if you wanted. Every thing we wanted to see was in walking distance.

Difficult to use the common area due to the plumes of smoke from the staff smoking and the noise. Otherwise enjoyed our stay excellent location and very helpful staff..

The only thing going for this place was the hot water. The staff ignored us, food we ordered never arrived but they were happy to charge us for it, the waste basket was emptied once in 4 days and the wifi worked for 2 hours only the whole time we were there despite asking for it to be fixed. The place has a terrible atmosphere and definitely not worth the high price paid for it.
Thank you for your visit. I am sorry you did not get the better services that we usually offer. The wifi system just started with our hotel from may, we are still experimenting it till we get it right, the lobby wifi works well, it is a free service for guests.

The staff were very helpful and the room was great. The dumpling party and BBQ was excellent. The internet was slow but workable and they have good hardwired computers to use.
Thank you so much. Really hope to see you guys again. We have more beers right now. That will be helpful for your husband "Beer collection' when you can come next time. :)

Nothing was too much trouble. Papa took us everywhere from the bank to the temple. The staff speak minimal English but they try so hard to understand and do things for you. We felt so well cared for. Close to what is left of the old town, the temple and the square. The atmosphere was wonderful.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for your tolerance and magnanimous best wishes

Basic student accommodation in an old apartment/office block. The staff were very welcoming and a basic breakfast was included. The location is right in town across the road from the Main train station.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. The best Wifi and great street food nearby. Small room but very cosy and good facilities. Located outside the centre of the city but great bus and metro access.

This hostel is right next to the lake but far from food or shopping. If you are happy to walk or catch a bus then it will suit you. Nice cosy rooms.

The guesthouse was a little hard to find but once we worked it out all was good. Everything was as we expected having been in India for a while. Nice and close to what we wanted to see.

The staff were fantastic and the hot water bottle for bed was perfect. My husband spent his time recovering from an illness received in Siliguri and he felt right at home here. We would have loved to have spent more time.

This place is on the train line so an easy ride everyday into town. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. We had such a great time we would definitely come back. This place was a little oasis away from Kalkuta hustle and bustle.

Good central location but staff did not speak good english so difficult to communicate at times. Staff not as helpful and friendly as other hostels I have stayed in. Wifi was very limited, only free in restuarant and constantly dropping out.

For the price this is exactly what we expected. The owner was great and the staff very helpful. The internet wasn't great because they kept turning it off if no one was in the restaurant. Otherwise great stay.

This place is a little gem. The staff are so helpful and I had to pry my husband away from the roof top restaurant. In fact we have to return for one night and you could not get the smile off my husbands face. The only downside was paying for the internet but a small price to pay for this home away from home.
