We booked a 3 bed dorm for 1 night. However, when we arrived we were informed by the receptionist that a 3 bed dorm did not exist. In reality, there is an 18 bed dorm and 12 bed dorm. Beds are divided with a sheet of plastic so at times it feels as if you are sleeping in the same bed as a stranger. There was not enough capacity for us to stay together as a group, so we had to split up and sleep at opposite ends of the building. No air air con in the 18 bed dorm. We left as quickly as possible

Owner Comment (Hide)
We understand the guest´s frustration and we apologize once again. We would like to point out that before the guests check-in, they were invited to visit the facilities so that they could decide whether they wanted to stay and we gave them a discount as a form of apology for the inconvenience. We have requested to change to the text on Hostelworld as the correct arrangement is: two spacious (60m2) rooms with 12 beds and 18 beds, respectively, with subdivisions accommodating 3 or 6 beds.
