This place is in a great location right next to Somphet Market with lots of street vendors and restaurants. The staff was great and was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great hostel. The hostess was incredibly nice and accommodating. She set up all the transportation and all the outings we wanted without any worry. We had only planned to stay in that location for one night but loved it so much we decided to stay for three. The only drawback was that the rooms weren't cleaned on a daily basis but not a big issue for us. The location is very close to Phuket Town's main street (five min walk).

We were stuck on the second floor of the hostel that smelled of Duck poop. There is a duck farm on the back of the hostel so the whole second floor smells of poop. The host was kind of an ass about the whole situation. The bathrooms were filled with little bugs that looked like roaches that were crawling out of the wall, it was disgusting. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone. The common area wasn't too bad though and its a decent location for the bus.

Good place to stay. Cheap and in an interesting location. Lot of lady boys around but it was a fun atmosphere. A little difficult to find as the light for the sign wasn't lit. Good times with my buddies around that area and only a short distance to the skytrain.
