Nice homey feel, plus there is a pool. Communal area is open and airy next to pool. Wifi is good, can be patchy on top floor. Rooms are great, soap, hair wash, towels all provided. Tours are pretty good value for money and I had no issues with scamming unlike others at other hostels. Staff very caring, 1 personally drove my friend to hospital for a rash and ensured she was cared for, even paid! They go the extra mile. Lovely place!!

Big lockers under bunk. Rooftop area, free breakfast and free beer every day, wish they offered a non alcoholic free drink but you can't really argue when it's free! free water on arrival. Staff helpful. Free computers in lobby. Our shower was missing a bracket so had to hold it but that was the only inconvenience. Beds comfy. Airport transfer $12, only 30min early morning, probably an hour in traffic though. Booked tours cheaper at an agent but tours generally same price as other hostels offer

Only small lockers provided but other than that no issues. More like a hotel with dorm rooms, pretty posh looking. Breakfast is $2 and you get a lot of choice and can have seconds etc. Good place to stay!

No lockers for bags. Staff are good, very friendly and helpful, not all understand English though. It was very quiet here so little atmosphere, maybe that's to do with the season though. We had ants in the bed and a cockroach in bathroom, but to be fair they dealt with it pretty quick but was a disturbing first impression. No issues though, air con and a fan which was good. Wifi patchy on top floor, we logged into next doors wifi instead.

No lock on door but some lockers provided. Good party atmosphere, unfortunately that isn't what we were there for, so music meant bad sleep so bad value for money for me, but it seemed like a very good place to socialise if you were here for more than one night. The others really enjoyed the tours provided by the hotel. Shower water pressure was bad the further up you went but did the job ok. Beds comfy. Lots of plug sockets to charge stuff too. Staff great.

No lock on door but some lockers provided. Good party atmosphere, unfortunately that isn't what we were there for, so the music late into the night which started again early in the morning was frustrating, but it seemed like a very good place to socialise if you were here for more than one night. The others really enjoyed the tours provided by the hotel. Shower water pressure was bad the further up you went but did the job ok. Beds comfy. Lots of plug sockets to charge stuff too. Best hostel I've ever been to, mainly down to the experience and personality of Rob the owner. He knows what travellers are looking for, has all the info you could ever want, handy tips on the local area and is a really nice guy. If anything does happen to go wrong for you he will be able to help you out. Very clean and secure hostel. Good facilities, everything as described in the info with good tour packages on offer too. Great hostel, I've recommended it to everyone I know heading that way!

Rooms req keys, but there only small lockers available for valuables not your whole bag. Quiet location but a 2minute walk takes you to the markets and pub street. Staff are friendly and helpful and they have their own tuk tuk drivers attached who are good too. Potentially need to keep working on their English to get the 'excellent' rating but they are pretty good Big social area. Clean. Good value. Can get good food there.

Great place, can definitely imagine staying here again next time I'm in the area. Only thing is that the toilet smelt a bit, it wasn't dirty so maybe something to do with the drain? Good communal areas, nice sleeping space and staff very good. No lockers for bags but other than that great place.
