Cool & Chic Hostel

Clean hostel in a really good location. We stayed four nights in a double room which was not serviced for our entire stay nor did we have Internet access in the room unfortunately. The hostel has a great kitchen though and is very close to the metro. Clean bathrooms too. The guy who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful.

Emerald Fields

Florence, Italy

After arriving and being rudely greeted by the man at reception for Emerald Fields, we were told we were staying at Emerald Palace around the corner. LUCKILY. Emerald Palce was great! Location was perfect, just down from Duomo, right in the centre of the leather market. It was so clean and the room (double private) was huge! The only downsides were the large amounts of mosquitoes in the room and the hundreds of stairs (no lift!). Overall, would highly recommend Emerald Palace.

Mosaic Hostel

Rome, Italy

We spent one night in a double room with shared bathroom which was light filled and spacious. We then spent three nights in a double room with a private bathroom on the ground floor which was dark, dusty and half the size of the previous room. Although the second room was more expensive and advertised as a 'double bed', it was more like a king single. The towels were stained and were not replaced for our entire stay, the toilet was leaking from its base and running into the shower ...

Katerina And John Hotel

Santorini, Greece
91%

We loved the location of Katerina and Johns! Perfect for a stay in Santorini away from tourist filled Fira but still easily accessible with public transport or renting a QUAD-BIKE!! (Best way to see Santorini!) A two minute walk from the beautiful Black beach and everything else you need (supermarket, 24-hour bakery, very good souvlaki, quad-bike hire, Internet cafe etc). Room facilites are very basic (weird shower?) but spacious. Overall, really great value for money and would recommend it!
