Chicago Hostel

The only thing positive that I have to say about this hostel is the location. Although, the staff is really not prepared (there is no printed maps of the city, no clear help when asked about the ways to the airport, for example, total lack of commitment and some of them speak poor English). The wifi is HORRIBLE and when we arrive the beds were not clean. The breakfast is also poor (no options for lactose intolerants, for example). Few bathrooms and frequent line to use the shower that isn't good

It was a great place, really clean. The problems are that there is no charge spots near the beds, the reception closes too early, and some friends have to stay in separated rooms even if they've booked the same room. The good points is that they've let us leave the bags even after check out in the luggage room, the kitchen was well equiped and have free pasta, tea and coffee. The showers were good, thought there were just one in each floor. Wifi really good.

Closes at 3:00am, that's terrible!!! Creates limits for the time to get in "home" and difficults the stay in the city.

Breakfast could be better, with more options of bread and a toaster. I would be interesting to serve juice also. Beds could have more privacy, with curtains.
