Thank you so much for all of your help during our stay at Long/Khoi hostel :) we loved staying here, such a good location, yet in a quiet street. Breakfast was delicious and the tours offered were well organised. Thank you for letting us use your phone for an interview Mr Thuong (?), you're a legend!

Nice hotel, great buffet breakfast! Organised and very clean. The staff were very nice, and very enthusiastic. Sometimes a little too much! (Asking where we were going every time we snuck past the reception desk). It was only the bikes for hire that were pretty terrible- hire from somewhere else if you can!
Best breakfast ever. Staff very attentive, helpful and enthusiastic. Clean rooms and great location, close to many restaurants. Nice place :)
The guys at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. The girls at the bar and serving food were lovely. Such a shame because could be a really nice hotel. Lounge area is great, perfect for relaxing after a long trip around China. Dorms were OK, though our toilet door didn't close and ended up using cleaner communal toilets instead. The French toast was AMAZING!
This is a lovely hostel, managed by a great team! Thank you so much to the awesome guy at reception (so sorry, forgot your name!) who helped us with almost a billion questions about the tiger leaping gorge (can highly recommend the Tibet Guesthouse!!!!) The Dragoncloud is in a perfect location, easy to get to from the bus station, great restaurants 2 mins away, and the beds are the comfiest in China (after spending a month here, we thought so!). Fireplace and movie list are amazing.
What an awesome hostel! The staff helped us out eagerly with our millions of questions and travel arrangements. Dumpling night was lots of fun :) And of course, the pandas stole the show. Easy walk with backpacks from the metro too!
Beautiful place! Beds were amazing! Breakfast yummy. Would come back here in a heartbeat. As per description, it is a wooden house, with a few holes and thin walls, but very manageable.
To be fair It was gold week, but even so, perhaps more so, we expected to have the room that we had booked ten days beforehand. Arriving after a 1 hour hike from the bus station (literally hiking the side of the river and up a huge hill) with our backpacks we were very disappointed to discover that we didn't have a room at all!! Manager is lovely though this doesn't feel like a well run business. Beds are hard. Food is good, late to arrive. Generally disorganised. Sad because could be awesome.
Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and nicely set up. Like the reading lights! Pizzas are great too :)
Staff at the front desk were great, knowledgable and happy to help. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price, as was the stink of cigarettes forever in the dining area and reception. Showers aren't grande, but water is almost hot. Rooms are clean, a little bit noisy. The location and the helpful staff make up for this though!
I'm quite a laid back person, so I read the reviews and thought maybe they were a little exaggerated. Maybe not. We arrived and were instantly asked for money and a suspisciously random amount for a 'key deposit', for 2 beds in a dorm. The only common toilet didn't flush, we were in a room over AND next door to a bar, it looked nothing like the photos on hostel world and was dirty. Another greedy Chinese person it seems! The other staff members were ok. Breakfast was expensive but decent.

Thank you to all the ladies that helped us book train and plane tickets during crazy Golden Week. Location was quite easy to get around and the hostel itself was nice. Breakfast was good value for money too. A bit loud at night with the rooms coming off the common area, but manageable!
