There was one very friendly staff member named, Nitin and he helped us with whatever we needed! However the other staff members were not very friendly or helpful. Otherwise it was a very nice place and almost seemed more like a hotel! Very close to a metro stop and the Sacre Coeur! Breakfast was just some bread and jam, but otherwise had a very enjoyable stay.

Would definitely stay at this hostel again! We only stayed for one night, but it was in a great location, within walking distance of the main train station (Atocha) and most of the main attractions. Very friendly staff and they provided us with basic information about Madrid, including museum times, things to see, etc. The only problem was that there were two bathrooms for an entire floor of people, but there were other bathrooms available. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a very cheap price!

Great location and very nice hostel! The staff was so friendly especially Agustin! He went out of his way to help us and gave us tons of suggestions of things to see which was much appreciated!

There were only two shower stalls and two toilet stalls for about 30 people. However, the atmosphere was very fun and it was a great place to meet people. It has a pretty central location, very near to Temple Bar and easy to get to and from the airport.

This is not a party hostel. Everyone was in bed before midnight or had to be very quiet in the common room. The location was good, we walked to pretty much everything we wanted to see and only took the metro once. The Guggenheim is a 15 minute walk away. The most annoying thing is the lights turn off in the bathroom all the time.
