Abigails Hostel

The hostel is located in near Temple Bar and right in the center of town and near Busáras bus depot. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast offered had cereal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and toast. The rooms were clean and the beds were a solid foam which was comfortable to sleep in. We went during non peak season and they were almost full so make reservations early. They also offer to print boarding passes for free which was an added service that I appreciate.

Lagan Backpackers

Spent three nights here and enjoyed it the entire time. The staff are helpful and friendly and provide an eggs & bacon breakfast. The hostel also offered dinners for a £1.50 fee if you didn't want to eat out that night. Great atmosphere, we got in many conversations with other hostel guests and enjoyed it a lot. The hostel is about a 10 minute walk from the Botanic train stop and has many buses nearby. The hostel discourages late night noisy partying which allowed us to get the sleep we needed.

Finn McCool's Giant's Causeway Hostel

Bushmills, Northern Ireland

This hostel is in a great location right next to the Giant Causeway and the bus stop. The place is clean and has good policies. The staff are friendly and helpful about getting to certain areas around the Causeway. William knows how to get people to connect by offering dinners for cheap(was £1.50) and warm breakfasts. We had a great time at the hostel for two days and the only thing that was really a negative was the owners often strong and sometimes offensive language. Overall a great hostel.

Harbour House

We stayed here for two nights and found the staff to be friendly and the place to be clean. Some of the mattress springs are broken/weak on some beds so I switched beds and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was more basic than the other hostels I stayed at but they offer cereal and toast which worked. It is in the industrial part of town but not to long of a walk to the city center. WiFi works fine in the lobby/kitchen but not in the bedrooms.
