Decent hostel, bathrooms weren't as clean as we would have liked. Location is very close to restaurants, shops and bars but sadly this area isn't accessible by the sky train or metro= a bit inconvenient. No common area but a very cute puppy!

Dear Guest, Thanks for your stay and review but everything everywhere you can't get here in Thailand. It is still a developing country. But taxis are so cheap that it hardly matters to move anywhere. In front of reception for what reason we put the table and chairs with universal sockets etc. LED, Projector, music system, books exchange stuff, THAT'S A COMMON ROOM for all of you to enjoy the gathering, drinks, internet, movie watching etc. Thanks for praising our GUDDU (puppy). Regards!

Good: very clean and nicely decorated (good on the eyes!). Late check-in available. Plenty of shower/toilets for everyone, didn't have to wait. Bad: staff were quite unhelpful and didn't reply to two emails we sent asking about late check-in and airport pick-up. They also seemed surprised when we asked for our key deposit back, gave us the impression that they don't give it back unless you specifically ask- bit cheeky.

Good: very good location, short walk to main shopping/eating area. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty clean. Booked an 18 bed dorm but it was split in two parts so didn't feel huge which was a positive. Bad: only 2 toilets and 2 showers between 18 people which after a sweaty day at angkor wat meant waiting a little while. No locks on the dorm doors. Wasn't much of a vibe while we were there.

Good: friendly staff. Close to S21 prison museum. Clean enough. Bad: bar/tv room closed early. Directions failed to tell us there were two places on the road with the same number/address. Nothing going on in the surrounding area. Generally pretty good hostel, only the location lets it down.

Good: walking distance to the main sights. Key card access to lift and rooms. Nice roof bar but strangely restricted to guests only. Bad: very unfriendly, rude and unhelpful staff. Didnt reply to emails we sent about our booking. Seemed confused when we arrives to check in. Made a big fuss about putting our bags in the luggage storage. We also asked them to keep an item safe for a friend to pick up the following week but it disappeared and staff claimed they knew nothing about it. No common area

Good: Provided train station pick-up service from Danang (not free). Included massive buffet breakfast with large variety! Small pool but didnt see anyone in it. Bad: a long walk to town/beach in opposite directions, shuttle bus was unreliable, staff will ring taxis. Location is not the best. No common area. Some staff were unhelpful. 4 computers but only 1 worked. Staff tried to overcharge us for our washing!

First stop on our 4 week trip across S.E. Asia and it was a great start. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar/restaurant on the ground floor was always buzzing and the food was great (free breakfast too) and there was an upstairs common room/ tv/ computers area which was alot more chilled out. Never waited for a shower. Bit noisy but party stops at 11 and enthusiastic staff show you the way to other good bars/clubs. Rooms have fantastic names too! We chose not to do their halong bay trip- $$$!
