This hostel has a great location and a great manager, Moussa. This was our best accommodation while we traveled around Morocco.

My girlfriend, who is someone that is very finicky about hostels, and I loved this place. It felt like staying in a close friend's home. This was easily the best stay of our trip.

Been to over 100 hostels, and this one is clearly is in the top tier. B.I.G. just gets it: they offer everything a traveler needs in the facility, and they offer lots of activities around the area. The staff is the best I've seen. As a solo traveler, they go out of their way to make you feel at home and to connect you with others in the hostel. I planned to do a hike alone, but a worker explored and connected me with someone planning to do the same hike. I wish I could've stayed longer.

-I e-mailed the hostel two days prior to my arrival for an airport pickup. No one responded, and I was forced to try to find the hostel with my taxi driver. -Private room or 18 bed dorm. Both awful, overpriced. -First days I stayed at the hostel, there appeared to only be 1 person working the desk, who didn't know ANYTHING. -Wifi only. If you don't have a cell phone, good luck. Workers provide little to no help for needs. -There is nothing within walking distance except a beach. THAT IS IT.

The biggest plus for this hostel is the location, which is very good. Two out of the three employees working at the front desk know very little about O'ahu and Hawai'i. I asked for things to see and do, and they knew only the most obvious sites. When I asked for the correct bus to get there, they did a Google search. Many rooms did not have any lockers and the roommates left the door unlocked throughout the day. I stayed here for an entire WEEK, and my bathroom was NEVER cleaned. Disgusting!

Thanks for staying with us. We don't have individual guest lockers in our budget rooms which all tend to be more crowded. We clean all our bathrooms every day. I suspect that your roomates (who left the door open during the day) also left the bathroom dirty after they used it. I can tell you from experience that I have thoroughly cleaned a bathroom only to find 2 hours later that someone came back from the beach or hiking and left lots of sand or mud stains in the bathroom.
