Had fun at madhouse. Staff was friendly the hostel dinners were fun and taking the crew out every night is a good concept. Yes it was a party every night but if you wanted a quiet night that was possible as well. Would stay here again

Heart of Gold Hostel, Berlin, Germany

Nice hostel. Nice staff and common area. Wifi was terrible though and the night I was there the owner had paying costumers move off a couch so that a girl who was on "something" and didn't seem to be even staying there could sleep. I understand she needed a place to rest but don't make your paying costumers move for someone who hasn't paid for a room. The girl was clearly making other costumers uncomfortable with her fidgeting as well.

I enjoyed this place even though it didn't have the best atmosphere. It was a clean quiet hostel that offered everything I needed for my stay. If I ever back in Berlin I would not hesitate to stay here. It's also no more than 3 metro stops from pretty much anything

Generator Hostel Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark

Good hostel a little more like a hotel. Bar and common area were nice. Very big though. If you like big busy hostels this is your place. No complaints besides it being a little too big for my liking. Not the best for a single traveler

Cocomama, Amsterdam, Netherlands

Cocomama was a wonderful little hostel in a perfect location just outside of the center of Amsterdam. The staff was super nice and welcoming, especially Britney. It was the perfect sized hostel so it made meeting people easy and the atmosphere and vibe was great. The 4 bed dorm with ensuit was nice and everything was kept super clean. All in all a great stay and I would stay there again if I return to Amsterdam. Joop the resident cat was also adorable and friendly

Very nice hostel. Only stayed the night but got stuck in cologne so i booked it again without question. One of the halls stunk but that's to be expected at times. Internet sucked but there's plenty of common area and what looked to be a good sized kitchen. The thing that sold me on this hostel was no bunk beds! Was perfect and each bed had plenty of space for belongings plus a safe (didn't lock, but lockers in the hall did) hooks with hangers provided and an outlet. Would recommend

Nice stay. Private showers. The people who work there live there so there's definitely a "click" which can be annoying

This was the first hostel I ever stayed at and was not the best nor the worst I've been to. Stayed in a mix 4 bed room but had to be moved at like two in the morning due to some girl complaining there were three dudes in the room. Why didn't they move her?? Other than that the stay wasn't bad clean rooms and whatnot. The common area was pretty crappy and the Internet stunk but if just stopping in for a night or two it's not a bad place.
