Construction wasn't really an issue. Had my first night in a 4 bedroom switched to a 10 bedroom but was provided with a discount so it wasn't a big deal.
Great facilities and far cheaper than the London Branch of the Hostel. Staff were helpful with my enquiries. And getting in Late at night for check in wasn't a hassle like it sometimes can be
Great hostel just off the main strip, Comfortable accommodation, Good kitchen facilities
When I arrived on the first night there was no running water due to a burst pipe up the street. Further away from the main parts of Dublin than I thought Proprietor was a nice bloke though
Seemed like it was quiet managed to get a room all to myself since there were no other guests. Really close to the city centre too. Only drawback could be the limited(from what I saw) shower facilities posing an issue if the place was packed out.
