Air conditioning was off and they would not turn it back on, no hot water and wi-fi was working on and off. It was cheap and in a great location, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again. Staff were really helpful for suggestions of places to go.

Great location, minutes walking to West and South entrances to Taj Mahal. The rooftop restaurant is great (views and food). Staff were helpful. Not much to do in Agra though, Agra Fort is ok but Fathepur Sikri is definitely worth it (ask the hotel to get you a driver for the day).

The hotel is conveniently closed to the train station (but far from touristic attractions). The address is not as shown is Google Maps so it may be a bit tricky to find (we didn't want to take a rickshaw driver as we wanted to learn the way to/from station). Restaurant in the rooftop is good, staff are helpful, hot water 24h, clean… we found it very convenient for our two days stay in Jaipur.

Hostel is really close to the train station, which is really convenient. We arrived there late at night, found it straight away. Staff were really friendly and the hostel was very clean and quiet, which was what we needed to have a rest before the typical 3 day Uyuni tour.

The hostel is OK, room was fine and breakfast was included. There is no atmosphere in the hostel though. Not that there is a great atmosphere in Puno anyway, it is a weird place. Only really bad thing was that we arranged transfer to pick us up from bus station but, since the bus was late, they did not wait for us so we had to pick up a random taxi that took us to another hostel to rip us off...
